Shelley is a Barbados-based strategist with over 15 years in business development, sales, and Caribbean real estate. As a Certified Real Estate Auctioneer and Computer Science graduate of the Caribbean Institute of Information & Technology, she recognised early that the Caribbean’s most valuable assets were invisible to global capital — and built The Blu Web to change that. Former Executive Director of Dekco Caribbean Inc. and founder of ShellCorp Holdings Inc., she brings the regional depth, commercial instincts, and industry expertise — including real estate — this market demands.

Is my property suitable for tokenisation?
Most Caribbean real estate with clear title and demonstrable value can be tokenised. Luxury residential, commercial, resort, and development land are all viable. The Blu Web Blueprint will tell you exactly where your asset stands — with no obligation to proceed.
Will I lose control of my property?
No. Tokenisation creates fractional digital ownership of the economic rights to your asset — not the title. You retain full legal ownership and control. Token holders receive a share of income and appreciation, not the right to occupy or sell your property.
Is this legal and regulated in Barbados?
Yes. The Blu Web operates within Barbados’s digital asset regulatory framework, administered by the Financial Services Commission (FSC), and engages qualified Caribbean legal counsel on every engagement. We navigate the DASP regulatory pathway on your behalf and keep you informed at every stage.
What is the minimum asset value?
We work with assets from approximately USD $500,000 upward. The economics of tokenisation become most compelling at values of $1M+ where the capital access benefits clearly outweigh the setup cost.
How long does the full process take?
The Blueprint is typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Full tokenisation from Blueprint to live Security Token Offering generally takes 8–16 weeks depending on legal structure, asset type, and regulatory pathway. A specific timeline is provided at the Blueprint stage.
I have multiple properties — can you handle a portfolio?
Yes — and it is more efficient. The legal and technical infrastructure built for your first asset is reused for every subsequent one, significantly reducing the per-asset cost. We structure portfolio engagements with a single setup fee and a reduced per-asset execution fee.
